To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same, new condition that you received it. You should make every effort to send items back in the original packaging.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received.
All returns & exchanges must be authorized by Bartlett Instrument Company. To authorize a return or exchange, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Customers have up to 1 year to request to exchange an item due to a products failure to work due to materials or workmanship without charge. See Bartlett Instrument’s Warranty Policy for more information.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you about the status of your return once it has been inspected for any damage. All refunds will be reviewed by Bartlett Instrument staff before being issued.
A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all standard items, while a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all custom items.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to you in accordance with your original method of payment. You will receive the credit, either by check or card refund, within 10 days of Bartlett receiving your returned item. It may take longer depending on your card issuer’s polices.
If an item is being exchanged, you, the customer, have 30 calendar days to send the original item to us at Bartlett Instrument Company. If the item is not returned in 30 calendar days, the customer will be charged the full amount of the item, plus shipping.
The customer will be responsible for paying for all return shipping whether it be an exchange or a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If an exchange is approved, Bartlett Instrument will send out a replacement as quickly as possible. We will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to send the new item to you.
